Juliana is a social communicator and journalist studying at la Sabana University in Colombia. She has travelled and lived in several countries such as the United States, France and Germany. This gives her a wealth experience for understanding the requirements for foreigners overseas, and what is needed to make your trip abroad an unforgettable souvenir. The idea of creating a multinational enterprise with a focus on supporing young people travel was born when Juliana lived in France. One year later in Germany, her idea was reinforced when she was an intern of a German company that offered internships abroad to German, Swiss and Austrian young people. It was at this point that Juliana proposed the creation of an Colombo-Aussie alliance to Andrew who was immediately agreed was a good idea. GloboStart entity was created. Juliana’s personal interests include studying languages, travel, swimming, cooking and dancing. Juliana is currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. Juan DíazJuan graduated from the Externado University of Colombia with a degree in Government and International Relations, and since then has been working in both the public and private sectors. In 2002 he travelled through the U.S. where he met Juliana; now they are best friends. Their relationship and the passion they share for travelling and meeting people from different cultures made Juan join the GloboStart family. Juan loves cooking, good food, music and wine tasting. Juan is currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. Nathan RussoNathan is an American ex-pat who is currently finishing a Master’s program in International Relations at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. After graduating with a degree in literature Nathan spent four years travelling the world by boat. In 2004 he stopped in Colombia, and since then has lived in Bogotá, working both as a professor and freelance journalist. In order to put some of his experience to good use and assist Colombians in the process of studying abroad, Nathan joined the Globostart team. In charge of English content, translations, and student interviews, he also provides knowledge of the international market and cultural management. Nathan is currently based in Bogotá, Colombia.
